Shipping Costs

Shipping is via DHL courier and the cost is based on the total weight of the order.         

Estimated delivery time from date of shipment:                                        

Europe - European Union - Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for major destinations / 2-3 business days for remote destinations.

During periods of sales, promotions and holidays, delivery time may be longer than expected due to the large number of orders.                                                                                        

MILANO CONFEZIONI S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond MILANO CONFEZIONI S.r.l.'s control.                  

SHIPMENT TRACEABILITY                                     

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from MILANO CONFEZIONI with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Right of withdrawal                                      

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 30 days.                     

The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.                                      

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see below for contact details) of your decision to withdraw from the contract, by an express statement (e.g., letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You may use the Return Form downloadable from our website for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.              

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL                                    

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund. Refunds may be suspended until you have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.                                           

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.              

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.                                                                      The products must be returned undamaged and properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories. You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.                               

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL                                          

There is no right of withdrawal in the case of, among others, contracts for.                                            

(i) the supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods;                                           

(ii) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery;                                              

In particular, the right of withdrawal is excluded in case of even partial use of the product and/or washing of the product.                                      

We reserve the right not to accept the return or not to refund in full the sums paid for the purchase, in relation to those products that are devoid of their original tag, label or packaging, or have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or have been damaged.
